$50.00 – $65.00On the road with The Sephardi Federation of Palm Beach County, FL
Join us for a Miami Beach tour! Sunday, October 27, 2024
- We’ll start at historic Temple Moses, the Sephardic Congregation of Florida, for a tour and homemade Desayuna brunch of borekas, boyos, salad and coffee. Temple Moses was founded in 1968 by Cuban Jewish refugees and has been a long-time friend of our federation.
- Then we’ll visit the Jewish Museum of Florida for a special lecture/demo/tasting by historian-chef Hélène Jawhara Piñer. Dr. Piñer is renowned for her astonishing books on medieval Jewish cooking using original source material to reconstruct a culinary history. We’ll have the opportunity for a book signing of her latest publication “Matzoh and Flour” ($40 special price).
