Rosa Lowinger is a Cuban-born art conservator who works in Miami and Los Angeles. A graduate of Brandeis, NYU’s Institute of Fine Arts, Lowinger is also author of two books about Cuban culture in Miami. Her book Dwell Time is an illuminating memoir, a moving portrait of a Cuban Jewish family’s intergenerational trauma, and a story about repair and healing.
